Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance, and related asset services – is expanding and welcoming Fund Accountant and Supervisor, Fund Accounting to join its Fund Administration team in Vilnius office.

Your key responsibilities will be:

As a Fund Accountant:

• General accounting and bookkeeping according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements;
• Reports and monitoring the financial transactions as well as attending to queries raised by clients and assisting in annual audits;

As a Supervisor, Fund accounting:

• General accounting according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements;
• Consolidations on the group structures;
• Assurance of management, statutory and regulatory reporting preparation and timely delivery;
• Supporting clients in decision making by providing high quality financial information;
• Assisting in planning and organizing the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and other reporting in accordance with agreed deadlines;
• Supporting audit activities (internal and external), liaising with auditors, tax consultants and local regulators;
• Assisting in managing, coaching and developing team members;
• Participation in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process leaning and improving communication.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline;
• Fluency in English;
• >3 years of experience in accounting (valid for Supervisor position only);
• Have ambitions to learn more about Private Equity investment industry;
• Have the qualities such as meticulousness, proactivity, attentiveness to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Have a drive for continuous learning and development and consider teamwork as a crucial part of the work.
