Manpower client Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 500 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe. Intrum GBS Finance & Accounting unit is globalizing Finance processes within all Intrum countries. This department provides various services from Accounts Payable, Month end closing to Financial and Business controlling etc. If you are diligent, willing to gain more experience or share your knowledge with others – become a part of our growing team.

What you will be doing:

• Open tickets and report incidents of financial systems used in such areas as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, General Ledger;
• Cooperating with outsourced financial system/application specialist team providing solutionos for business process;
• Prepare user manuals, instructions, testing plans and process documentation where needed;
• Perform tests with finance system users, ensuring all functional requirments are met;
• Coordinate issue resolution with 3rd level system/application support resources;
• Perform other tasks delegated by Team Leader.

What you bring:

• Academic studies in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance.
• Experience working in accounting (understanding of AR/AP/GL/accounting processes);
• Fluent in English language (speaking and writting)
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday Financials or other finance/ERP system is an advantage.
