As a Direct Marketing and CRM Specialist at IPF Digital Lietuva, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy and improving customer communication. Working with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will contribute to the development and execution of customer retention and acquisition campaigns. Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns via various channels.
  • Use of CRM systems.
  • Coordinate and manage customer communication through various channels.
  • Create engaging ad copies, using exceptional Lithuanian language grammar and syntax skills.
  • Administer the company’s website content and manage newsletters.
  • Supporting the sales and marketing managers in shaping the marketing strategy and working closely with the HUB marketing teams.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
  • Experience managing direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, economics, digital or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling data-driven decision-making to improve conversion rates.
  • Initiative, responsibility, independence, and creativity in problem solving.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, coupled with SQL and other CRM systems, is highly advantageous, although not mandatory.
