As a Customer Care Team Specialist at IPF Digital Lietuva, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer has a seamless, fast and quality experience during the online application, that their questions and needs are answered in a positive yet targeted manner, and that the company engages in dialogue and process to get them back on track in case of payment difficulties

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customer queries received by phone, email or from other sources are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Making outbound customer welcome calls upon the disbursement of their loan, building connections and ensuring that you embody the company’s digital brand.
  • Making sales calls to customers to provide them with full information about the terms of the loan, the company’s products, and the best loan offer for the customer.
  • Answering customers’ questions by email and phone, dealing with their queries and providing them with all the information they need about the loan.
  • Communicating with partners and advising them on loans and/or customer requests.
  • Assessing customers’ loan applications based on the law and company rules and making decisions on loan approvals.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Same if you worked directly with customers or in a Call Center.
  • Good Lithuanian and English language is a must, Russian would be considered as an advantage.
  • Problem solving, great listening and knowing how to sell skills would make to perform the role effectively.

Shift work:

  • Cold season (October to April) – 8am to 4:30pm and 10:30am to 7pm.
  • Warm season (May to September) – 8am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm + every second weekend.
