Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract)
Manpower client, a prominent figure in Lithuania’s energy sector, is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month contract position. This established company specializes in sustainable solutions within renewable energy and is seeking a passionate individual to source technical talent.

Contract of 6 months with the possibility of being offered a permanent position.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department leads, and HR partners.
- Provide responsive support throughout the candidate search, enabling fast and high-quality hires.
- Gain a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into recruitment actions.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally including exposure to technology roles.
- Are skilled in developing candidate profiles and conducting initial screenings using behavioral interview techniques.
- Have hands-on experience proactively using LinkedIn, social media, data mining, and online sourcing techniques like Boolean searches.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, and feel comfortable working in corporate or international environments.
