Manpower client Minit is a second-generation family owned Slovak company and the largest manufacturer and distributor of frozen bakery products in Slovakia. It operates one of the most modern production facilities in Central Europe and manages a network of 500 Minit franchise bakeries across the region. Minit is a key supplier to retail chains, grocery stores, gas stations, and HoReCa customers in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, and other European countries.

Currently, the company is looking for an experienced FMCG sales professional in Lithuania to work with local and other Baltic retail chains.

You will be:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and key customers.
  • Developing business plans and promotional strategies with the Export Manager.
  • Ensuring sales targets and financial goals are met.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Baltic region.
  • Managing customer data and market insights.
  • Preparing proposals and contract documentation.
  • Representing the company and providing partners with up-to-date materials.
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitors.

We expect that you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in FMCG and/or retail sales.
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian.
  • Have a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Have established contacts within the Lithuanian retail market.
  • Are responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Experience in international or national tenders, as well as representing a company at conferences or exhibitions, would be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in creating and implementing marketing plans would also be considered an advantage.
