Manpower’s client dronai.lt is one of the leading companies in the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industry in the Baltics. The company specializes in drone sales, maintenance, and the implementation of advanced UAV solutions across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, defense, and public safety.

Currently experiencing rapid growth, the company is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to help drive its next stage of expansion.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for drones, payloads, and related services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in public and private sectors.
  • Identify new opportunities in sectors like energy, agriculture, defense, and inspection.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales with product and campaign goals.
  • Represent dronai.lt at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Share market insights to support product development and positioning.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and support team growth.

Expectations for your competence:

  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B or B2C sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in selling complex or high-tech products, ideally in sectors like drones, aviation, robotics, defense & space, or industrial automation.
  • Strong English and fluent Lithuanian is required.
  • Russian would be considered as a plus.
  • Clean background with no criminal record is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Higher education and strong network in sectors such as utilities, infrastructure, security, or government is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events is expected.
