Our client Limagrain is the Scandinavian and Baltic sales company of Limagrain Field Seeds – one of Europe’s largest seed suppliers. Limagrain is a market leader in maize and winter oilseed rape, and also offers strong varieties of wheat, barley, legumes, and more. The company’s products are marketed under the international LG brand and distributed through a solid dealer network across Europe.
To strengthen relationships with local farmers and retailers in the Baltic region (Lithuania and Latvia), Limagrain is looking for a Sales Consultant to promote and develop its brands.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support sales activities with retail clients, including meetings, follow-ups, and field days.
  • Prepare product materials and presentations for clients and farmers.
  • Develop and engage LG ambassadors for demo and marketing purposes.
  • Create content for Facebook and advertisement.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on crop plans, market estimations, and product tests.
  • Contribute to Baltic marketing plans, including website updates and promotional activities.
  • Split focus between WOSR (oilseed rape), Maize, and Cereals.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Education in agriculture or related field.
  • 2,5 + years’ experience in active sales.
  • Communication and sales skills.
  • Goal-oriented, analytical, and responsible person is expected.
  • Flexible, mobile, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Good English (both verbal and written); Russian or German is an advantage.
