Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, quality, and warehouse management, ensuring seamless workflows and efficiency.
  • Optimize automation and production processes while implementing cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements, fostering a zero accident culture.
  • Manage budgets, capital projects, and 24/7 resource planning to meet operational goals.
  • Improve processes and working conditions, promote employee development, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in managing production, logistics, warehousing, and/or distribution.
  • Strong background in supply chain operations, with expertise in practices, metrics, compliance, and occupational safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English.
  • Proven ability to design and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance workplace conditions.
  • A hands-on leadership with the ability to provide clear direction, motivate teams, and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
