Airwallex is currently seeking an Office Coordinator for their branch in Lithuania. This is a part-time role, working 4 hours per day, 5 days a week with a 12 month agreement. Join a team of problem-solvers, innovators and builders by helping to foster an inclusive workplace experience!

What you’ll do at Airwallex:

  • Oversee daily office operations by managing inventory needs and coordinating with vendors or building manager for maintenance and cleaning needs.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient office experience by keeping snack areas well stocked, managing company Wolt account and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors, issue building accesses and report office attendance to line manager.
  • Support the HR function through onboarding of new staff members and planning internal events and initiatives to boost morale.
  • Assist the Workplace Experience Partner with administrative tasks.

We expect that:

  • You are communicative, with excellent English language skills.
  • Your helpful personality shines through no matter the task, and you quickly learn how to use any computer application.
  • You have experience working with clients or organizing events. We especially value previous experience in an administrative or HR role, as well as familiarity with Lithuanian labor law.
  • Efficient time management and strong collaboration skills are part of your skillset.
