
IT Analyst

We are currently looking for an IT Analyst to join our Bespoke software development team in Lithuania. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to grow within a dynamic and international team while supporting local clients through tailored digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare clear functional and technical documentation for features and processes.
- Plan and execute manual tests, identify bugs, and ensure their timely resolution.
- Act as first-line support for user requests, monitor tickets, and ensure smooth communication.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) and collaborate with developers and PMs.
- Contribute to project proposals by outlining scope, timelines, and resource estimates.
What we expect from You:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar position (e.g., IT analysis, QA/testing, or system/application support), ideally with exposure to tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or project/task management systems (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Higher education (or final-year student) in IT, computer science, or related field.
- Good English skills (written and spoken) and clear communication.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and visual tools (e.g., draw.io, BPMN, Visio) would be an advantage.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and responsibility for tasks.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
