Konris/Lineals is currently expanding and is seeking a Customer Service Manager with proficiency in Latvian.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Presenting the company’s products and services to potential clients via phone and email.
- Maintaining relationships with existing and new clients.
- Preparing commercial offers.
- Communicating information about company product contests/promotions to clients.
- Issuing invoices to clients.
- Managing the company’s online store.
Expectations for your competence:
- Proficiency in Latvian language is a must.
- English or Russian languages would be seen as advantage.
- Ability and willingness to communicate with clients and provide necessary information.
- Knowledge of basic use in MS Word and Excel.
