Collection Agent – Lithuanian Language

As a Collection Agent you will be responsible for making daily reminder calls while serving customers at IPF Digital Lithuania. Your primary role is to ensure that the business remains optional, profitable and customer-centric in an innovative and cost-effective manner.

Key accountabilities:

• To remind customers of late payments by phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner, in accordance with company standards.
• Assist customers in resolving financial matters and maintaining a good credit history.
• Evaluate customers’ requests and needs and provide appropriate solutions where possible.
• Assist and support other Collection team tasks.

Skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• We will appreciate experience in similar position.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and persuasion skills.
• Precision and persistence.
• Analytical skills.
• Lithuanian and English skills.
