Your daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with business clients and partners across Lithuania.
- Identify new business opportunities, analyse client needs, and present suitable automotive solutions.
- Meet with potential and existing clients, prepare tailored proposals, and lead negotiation processes.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or tech sectors.
- Are fluent in English, with knowledge of Russian being a plus.
- Hold a valid B-class driving license.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Are highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to achieving results with a client-focused mindset.
