Airwallex is currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst for their branch in Lithuania. In this position you’ll handle payment-related inquiries, resolve client issues, and contribute to improving internal support processes. What you’ll do at Airwallex:

  • Respond to B2B client inquiries via email and phone (ticketing system).
  • Resolve issues related to payments, deposits, and account access.
  • Educate clients on products, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, back office) for issue resolution.
  • Manage escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support local improvement projects and process alignment.

We Expect That You Have:

  • English at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support with B2B clients. Experience in fintech or payments sector would be considered as big advantage.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Accountability, time management, and attention to detail.
