Communication Executive

Our client Philip Morris Baltic is looking for a new employee to join its Communication team under a term contract with Manpower.

Philip Morris is a leading international tobacco company engaged in the manufacture and sale of smoke-free products, associated electronic devices and cigarettes.

In this position you will:

• Contribute to clear and consistent omnichannel communication strategy development and deployment across different channels, platforms, and audiences (B2B and B2C), making sure that it is in line with legal and internal requirements.
• Manage assigned budget, 3rd party agencies and internal & external project stakeholders to ensure delivery of results in expected quality & timeframes.
• Constantly strive for targeted and personalized content development based on consumer segmentation and CRM data
• Continuously track engagement of the content, share insights, and propose actions to improve results.

Expectations for your competence:

• At least 2 years of experience in leading successful projects within digital marketing or communication areas. Experience coordinating with marketing agencies would be considered as a benefit.
• BA degree in the field of Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Strong verbal and written English and Lithuanian language skills to communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, content editing, layout, and design skills, including ability to clearly present concepts and effectively deliver key message.
• Good work prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
