Health and Safety Specialist

As the company expands its team, it is looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to help ensure the highest health and safety standards across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance – monitor adherence to labour and fire safety regulations; conduct audits and support risk assessments across sites.
• Improve safety standards – develop and implement internal safety policies, general instructions, and initiatives to enhance working conditions.
• Oversee equipment safety – coordinate and participate in inspections of technical equipment, ensuring alignment with safety protocols.
• Manage incident response – organise and lead workplace injury investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain documentation – submit accurate reports in accordance with company policies and legal health & safety requirements.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in labour safety, engineering, or a related field) and hold a valid health and safety certificate.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Communicate clearly in English and are confident using common computer tools and systems.
• Are a responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative.
• Know how to persuade, influence, and support teams in safety-related matters.
