We are seeking an Export Operations Administrator to join team at Stada Baltics. In this dynamic role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage office facilities and supplies, and provide support for company events and meetings. Additionally, you will offer comprehensive administrative support to accounting and export teams. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and resource management.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and business trips (including travel bookings and documents).
  • Support sustainability initiatives and promote eco-friendly practices.
  • Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance and updates.
  • Assist accounting with invoice processing and document management.
  • Handle goods receipt procedures and ensure proper documentation.

Expectations for your competence:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, with strong document management and export process knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteQ.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian (English B1, Russian is a plus).
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Office Management, or a related field and familiarity with Rivile software, would be seen as an advantage.
  • Leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach is highly important too.
  • The same for ability to focus and excellent verbal and communication skills.
