We are seeking an IT Specialist to join team at Stada Baltics. In this role, you will provide comprehensive IT support to ensure the seamless operation of business technology. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, system maintenance, and offering project support within the IT department. Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for users.
- Assist with system maintenance, including software and hardware updates.
- Help implement security protocols to prevent threats.
- Maintain accurate IT system documentation.
- Support IT projects from development to implementation.
- Assist in training staff on new technologies and systems.
Expectations for your competence:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in an IT support or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar related field, could be seen as an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and good Russian is required to support a diverse team and client base.
- Nice to have if familiar with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS, has basic understanding of network configurations, and knowledge of IT security practices.
