Senior Project Manager

The company is on a mission to smoothly integrate operations with a recently acquired insurance company, aiming for a successful merger. To lead this transformative change, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in merger integration to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will manage the project portfolio and lead key projects at ERGO Baltics, helping shape the future of the company’s insurance operations.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Contribute as a key member of the Project Management Office to ensure the seamless integration of the newly acquired insurance company into ERGO Baltics’ operations and processes.
- Establish and monitor milestones for the post-merger integration, using effective tools and strategies to ensure smooth execution and track progress.
- Create and share project updates, reports, and risk assessments with stakeholders in the Baltic states and Germany.
- Oversee project deliverables, risk management, and budgets to ensure timely completion and efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities, propose new projects, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic business initiatives.
You are a perfect fit if You:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in complex project management roles, ideally within the financial sector.
- Bring experience with merger & acquisition processes and post-merger integration.
- Are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Have strong English and Lithuanian language skills.
- Possess team and change management experience, along with a sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
- Have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and persuade.
