Currently they are looking for a PRA and Financial Analyst to join their team and provide sound pricing and financial guidance while playing a key business partner role. Join a team that is determined to make life better for people around the world!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Track pricing trends and develop business cases to guide market-aligned pricing strategies.
  • Identify pricing opportunities and risks, providing key insights and assumptions to support valuations and decision-making.
  • Work with teams to integrate pricing, cost, and launch timelines into strategic plans and forecasts, driving affiliate success.
  • Lead special projects and support HTA dossier submissions to strengthen the business value proposition.
  • Deliver financial reporting, analytics, and compliance support, ensuring strong internal controls for BUBAS, FM, and GM teams.
  • Manage pricing settlements, supplier negotiations, and monthly closings in line with internal policies.

Expectations for your competence:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial or pricing data analysis, with experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Technical expertise in reimbursement, market access, and pricing processes would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HTA and health economics is a substantial benefit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from financial data.
  • Strong English skills with the ability to present information and communicate efficiently with cross-cultural teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
