Our client 1stopVAT is a global leader in VAT/GST/Sales tax compliance solutions, serving businesses across industries and geographies. With clients ranging from nimble startups to well-known brands, we ensure their cross-border indirect tax obligations are handled seamlessly so they can focus on growth.

Currently they are looking for a Partnership Manager to lead and expand our global ecosystem of partnerships. This role offers you the opportunity to engage with accounting firms, software providers, accelerators, and other strategic players. Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners while also nurturing and managing ongoing partner relationships to empower them as effective referral sources and ensure consistent value creation for both sides.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing to align partnership activities with broader company goals.
  • Represent 1stopVAT at partner events, conferences, and webinars to build visibility and brand authority.
  • Launch and manage co-branded initiatives: webinars, campaigns, content collaborations, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize partner success strategies.

Expectations for your competence:

  • At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales – ideally in SaaS, fintech, taxtech, or e-commerce.
  • Advanced English language skills to communicate with clients and manage partnerships efficiently.
  • An understanding of accounting firms, ERP platforms, marketplace platforms, B2B SaaS channels or familiarity with indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) and related B2B services would be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills paired with a sense of ownership for assigned tasks.
