We are seeking an IT System Implementation Consultant to join the TROIA team and support company clients within the Vilnius region. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between internal team of specialists based in Slovenia and key company clients in Lithuania (Vilnius), ensuring seamless communication and the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Participate in analyzing business processes, system needs, integrations, and industry specifics during workshops and client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation and support project managers in planning project timelines and determining resource requirements.
  • Support configuration, development and testing of IT solutions, prepare and revise test scenarios.
  • Present solutions through written and oral reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager, consulting, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Relevant technical or analytical background gained through experience or education (Economics, Finance, Business Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or similar fields).
  • Communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with application systems such as IBM Maximo, IBM Control Desk, IBM MAS (Maximo Application suite), IBM Cognos, or Icinga monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft environment is expected.
