
Engineering Manager
Manpower client Limbo is a family-owned company in Ireland that has specialized in PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) production since 2016. Starting with a single machine, the company has grown to 10 modern production lines and today manufactures plastic PET bottles and containers for the food, beverage, and alcohol industries. With steady growth and ongoing investment, Limbo continues to expand its operations and strengthen its position as a trusted partner in the packaging sector.
Limbo is growing and is looking for an Engineering Manager to relocate to Ireland and lead the engineering team, ensuring efficient PET production, smooth plant operations, and continuous process improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians, helping them work well together and grow.
- Monitor and manage ISBM machines to make sure PET production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Find ways to improve processes to save time, reduce downtime, and make products better.
- Give hands-on technical help when needed, to keep production running without problems.
- Work with the Quality team to follow health, safety, and product standards.
- Take care of plant and facility maintenance to ensure everything works reliably.
What we’re looking for:
- Good technical knowledge of automation, with practical skills in both mechanics and electricity.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- English language skills for everyday communication and reporting.
- Experience in PET production (especially with ISBM machines) or Russian language skills would be a bonus.
- Strong leadership skills – able to support, guide, and motivate a team.
- Hands-on, practical attitude and willingness to step in when needed.
- Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills to build trust with others.
