
Customer Service Specialist (Latvian language)

Currently, PANDORA is expanding its operations and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Latvian language) to join their team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Latvian market by responding to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality service experience, and representing the brand’s values in daily communication. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in Latvian.
- Assisting with questions related to orders, returns, product information, and store feedback.
- Managing communication through the e-commerce platform (Shopify), Google Reviews, and Facebook comments / messages.
- Coordinating returns and complaints following internal procedures.
- Cooperating with internal teams and retail colleagues when needed.
What we expect from you:
- Latvian and English language skills (at least B2 level, spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage, but if you’re just starting your career and eager to learn, that’s great too.
- Good computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
- Communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude when working with people.
