
Credit Controller
Manpower client Metso Global Business Services is a vital part of Metso’s global operations, offering essential support in areas such as finance, logistics, and various other business functions from its center in Vilnius. As part of Metso, a global leader in sustainable technologies and end-to-end solutions for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries, Metso Global Business Services contributes to the company’s mission by streamlining processes and ensuring efficient, scalable support across the organization.
Currently, Metso Global Business Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join their expanding team. In this role, you will ensure smooth and effective credit and collection processes while working in a collaborative and professional setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage credit and collection tasks to meet KPIs and ensure overdue accounts are resolved.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information for credit assessments and set credit limits.
- Contact customers to encourage payment of overdue accounts and collaborate with teams to collect payments.
- Oversee the dunning process and keep local teams updated on overdue accounts.
- Resolve disputes with business partners by working with sales teams to find solutions.
- Help improve processes to make everything run more efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Credit and Collection.
- Experience with SAP FICO (AR) is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other technical tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
