Brand & Communications Assistant
Our client Philip Morris Baltic is looking for a new employee to join its Communication team under a term contract with Manpower.
Philip Morris is a leading international tobacco company engaged in the manufacture and sale of smoke-free products, associated electronic devices and cigarettes.
Currently, they are looking for a Brand and Communications Assistant for Baltics. If you aspire to support brand and communication development while developing and transforming together with the team apply for this position.
In this position you will:
- Track the results of communication campaigns and share results with the involved parties.
- Organize and supervise departmental meetings, including content review and legal meetings. Prepare timely agenda and meeting minutes, ensure file depository.
- Maintain the required departmental administrative and finance documentation, including purchase orders, product distribution forms etc.
- Contribute to the development of communication campaigns across different channels and audiences, including management of involved parties, agencies, and resources.
Expectations for your competence:
- BA degree or last year student in the field of Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or similar. As a bonus, we would value experience in similar fields or positions.
- Strong verbal and written English and Lithuanian language skills to communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficient Excell user, able to prepare simple analysis and work with other MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills, including writing, content editing and design.
- Good organizational, time management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
