Investor Relations Services Supervisor

Joining as an Investor Relations Services Supervisor in Vilnius, you will play a key role, collaborating with industry experts to provide high-quality services for complex fund structures.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Administer a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds, ensuring compliance with fund agreements and deadlines.
• Maintain shareholder registers, act as transfer agent, and manage capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions.
• Communicate with investors and clients, resolving queries and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver periodic fund and investor reporting.
• Maintain and update investor records and documentation in transfer agency systems.
• Support audits and liaise with fund participants, advisers, and external stakeholders.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Bring proven experience in investor relations or fund administration.
• Have a strong understanding of key industry concepts like CAS, NAV, and LPA.
• Possess a keen interest in financial markets, particularly hedge funds and private equity.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
