
Customer Support Analyst

Airwallex is currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst for their branch in Lithuania. In this position you’ll handle payment-related inquiries, resolve client issues, and contribute to improving internal support processes. What you’ll do at Airwallex:
- Respond to B2B client inquiries via email and phone (ticketing system).
- Resolve issues related to payments, deposits, and account access.
- Educate clients on products, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, back office) for issue resolution.
- Manage escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Support local improvement projects and process alignment.
We Expect That You Have:
- English at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support with B2B clients. Experience in fintech or payments sector would be considered as big advantage.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems would be a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to resolve conflicts.
- Accountability, time management, and attention to detail.
