We are seeking an IT Consultant to join the TROIA team and support company clients within the Vilnius region. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between internal team of specialists based in Slovenia and key company clients in Lithuania (Vilnius), ensuring seamless communication and the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes, system needs, integrations, and industry specifics through workshops and client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation, plan project timelines, and determine resource requirements in collaboration with project managers and the sales team.
  • Configure, develop, and test IT solutions; prepare and revise test scenarios.
  • Present solutions through written and oral reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager, consulting and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Understanding of business processes such as Purchasing, Finance, IT and others, supported by solid economic and technical knowledge. This expertise may stem from professional experience or education in fields like Economics, Finance, Business Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with application systems such as IBM Maximo, IBM Control Desk, IBM MAS (Maximo Application suite), IBM Cognos or Icinga monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft environment is expected.
