Manpower client – a global leader in fund services, corporate governance, and related asset services with a team across 50 offices worldwide. Joining as an Operational Risk and Control Specialist in Vilnius, you will be a vital part of a global Operations Control Management team, providing support and overseeing the business side of the risk framework within the company.

You will be part of a global role exposed to a large number of service companies that would require you to multitask, deal with large volume of activities (and topics), connect and communicate effectively, including guidance and training, with exposure towards various internal stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Process Risk Management: Analyze, optimize, and evaluate process risks; develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Risk Event Management: Record and monitor risk events; develop action plans to address issues.
  • Control Testing: Develop and implement testing methodologies; assess control effectiveness.
  • Business Continuity Management (BCM): Ensure preparedness for unexpected disruptions; create plans to maintain business continuity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze risk data using tools like Excel and Power BI to identify trends and risk factors.

Requirements for your competencies:

  • University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
  • 2 years onwards of work experience in Finance industry process risk management (risk control, risk assessment and implementation).
  • Knowledge of industry-specific process risks and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Fluency in English too.
  • Certifications in risk management, data analytics, or process improvement – such as Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), Six Sigma Black Belt, or Certified Process Risk Manager (CPRM) – are highly advantageous.
