Our client Philip Morris Baltic is looking for a new employee to join its Combustible Category team under a term contract with Manpower.
Philip Morris is a leading international tobacco company engaged in the manufacture and sale of smoke-free products, associated electronic devices and cigarettes.

Currently, we are looking for a new member to join the Combustible Category development team in Vilnius city. If you have an analytical mindset and are willing to deep dive into data and draw business changing insights in a global business environment, apply to this position.

Nature of the work:

  • Collect, systematize and report Combustible Category commercial and research data for the Baltic States.
  • Support Category manager and Portfolio Leads with analysis and insights for business decisions.
  • Work with Commercial departments, understanding category trends and identifying potential reasons & consequences.
  • Create analytical reports, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Support cross-departmental teams with business case preparations.
  • Together with Category team forecast different portfolio scenarios.

Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Exact Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with solid experience in analytical tools and platforms, including Power BI and SQL.
  • At least 1 year of analytical work experience required.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively, consistently meeting deadlines with critical and creative thinking and initiative.
  • Ability to use statistical modeling is a strong advantage.
