They develop and operate a Software-as-a-Service platform to provide tens of thousands of freelancers and small businesses customers across Europe with remote secretarial and new work solutions. You will be responsible for:

• Establish and manage a team of 3-6 developers.
• Coach and develop hard and soft skills of your teammates.
• Take ownership of parts of our system and bring existing applications to the next decade.
• Communicate with Product Owners, Designers, Stakeholders, and developers across all our locations.
• Guide your team to deliver high quality results within the estimated time.
• Lead your team by example and enjoy coding yourself.

What do we expect?

• You have previous experience in a team or tech lead position.
• You know how to create and maintain a good team spirit.
• You bring people and their ideas to the next level.
• You love to coach Engineers to improve their coding skills.
• A minimum of 5 years working with Java, Spring, Hibernate.
• Good knowledge of REST microservices and SQL.
