Now DXC Technology is looking for IT Help Desk Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, self-service submissions.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

What do we expect?

  • B2 – C1 level of Swedish language and B2 level of English language.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with diverse customers.
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
  • Responsive and able to interact with the rest of the team in friendly manner.
  • Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable when working under pressure and in fast paced environment.
  • Technically savvy and quick learner.
