What your job will include: 

• Handling of various payments requests.
• Dealing with requests received from Scandinavian colleagues.
• Taking responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers.
• Investigating unusual situations related to payments.
• Daily communication with our stakeholders.
• Participation in process improvement (lean, robotics, automatisation).
• Management of workflow according to established deadlines.

We expect you to:

• Previous experience in banking or operation center (optional, would be an advantage).
• Strong focus on teamwork.
• Fluent English, speaking, writing, and understanding.
• You are focused on high quality and accuracy.
• Customer focus with and “can-do” mindset.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to details and ability to maintain an overview in unusual situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods.
