Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance, and related asset services – is expanding and welcoming Senior Specialist & Supervisor in Financial and Regulatory Reporting to join its team in Vilnius office.

Senior Specialist & Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements/reports in compliance with IFRS & GAAP;
• Preparation of Board meetings material (attendance needed for Supervisor role);
• Preparation of year-end reporting packs;
• Assistance with annual budgets preparation;
• Support for internal & external annual audits, liaising with auditors/third parties.

Additionally, Supervisor would be responsible for:

• Review of financial and regulatory reporting prepared by junior team members;
• Timely preparation & delivery of statutory and regulatory reporting;
• Management & development of the team;
• Active participation in other internal initiatives.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline;
• >2 years of experience in accounting/audit working with financial statements;
• Strong English language skills;
• Orientation to detail, ambition to learn & good analytical skills;
• Knowledge of IRFS & GAAP (Luxemburg, UK & Netherlands) & experience in Big4 would be considered as advantage.
