Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance and related asset service with a team across 80 offices worldwide, is expanding its team of professionals, welcoming a Senior Client Support & Reconciliations Analyst (Asia Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) in its Banking division that provides banking, depositary and custody services to its clients.

 

Office location: Vilnius

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage client queries (email & phone);
  • Updates clients on the settlement status of payments, including reviewing T24 and Swift GPI;
  • Work with the Payments processing team in Ireland for status updates on pending payments;
  • Provide copies of swifts, transaction statements, fee schedules, Standard Settlement Instructions, interest calculation statements and other ad-hoc requests;
  • Build strong relationships with clients and our colleagues (Amsterdam, Cork, Dublin and Luxembourg);
  • Conduct reconciliation of bank and securities statement activities to internal records for all Banks within the division;
  • Perform initial investigation on un-reconciled open items;
  • Carry out intraday checks to ensure all reconciliations processes have been completed within strict deadlines;
  • Perform payment FATF investigations for AML compliance;
  • Generate and control multiple daily and weekly reports;
  • Monitor, oversee and control centralized team email mailboxes;
  • Manage and control all payment cases opened;
  • Actively assess risk and potential failure points in the process handled and help highlight the areas to line Managers and risk teams;
  • Standardize processes and assist Managers in process mapping and automation/ improvement efforts;
  • Create and update Standing Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Process Flows where needed.

 

You are a perfect fit if you have:

 

  • Experience in Client services and financial services;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong understanding of SWIFT and banking systems;
  • Attention to detail, strong problem solving, time-management, process management and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge in general account reconciliation processing (advantage);
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications.
