Manpower client – a global leader in fund service, corporate governance, and related asset service with a team across 80 offices worldwide, is expanding its team of professionals, welcoming a Senior Client Service Supervisor to join its Real Assets Client Services Team (“CST”), a central hub between the Client, CST the Operational Teams and other stakeholders. The CST team forms part of the Real Assets Fund Services business line and actively manages and ensures best in-class service provision to the world’s largest Alternative Investment Fund Managers. Additionally, the CST advocates continuous improvement of the (service delivery) relationship between our client and its own clients and is co-responsible for its development.

Office location: Vilnius

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining customer and project master data in companies Master Data Management (MDM) system to ensure accuracy;
  • Assisting with billing requests, supporting and maintaining the billing system;
  • Conducting regular update meetings with the Clients;
  • Keeping track of new engagements and ensuring contracts are in place and fees are aligned with the provision of services;
  • Assisting your colleagues within the Real Assets CST to ensure that Service Level Agreements are managed, maintained and tracked across all service lines;
  • Reviewing and analyzing key performance metrics to proactively identify issues and trends across funds, clients and business lines;
  • Together with your CST colleagues, other business lines and the Client improving team and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and preparing presentations both for the company internally, as well as for clients.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • > 2 years of experience preferably in accounting or a corporate secretarial environment;
  • Good level of English (written and spoken);
  • Skills in proactive problem solving and the ability to self – identify risks/issues/efficiencies in  your day – to – day tasks;
  • Ability to work effectively with a strong attention to detail in high dynamics atmosphere while maintaining a professional manner;
  • Ability to work effectively individually as well as a part of the team.
