• Can you do full cycle of sales process?
• Are you not afraid to actively seek out new sales through cold calling, networking and social media?
• Are you comfortable setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns and sometimes more…?
• Do you have strong negotiation skills and handling well stressful situations?
• You love teamwork, but you can be one soldier in field also?

• Your successful career start at Manpower will require:
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• 2 to 3 years’ experience as sales executive or relevant role
• Very good Lithuanian and English skills
• Teamwork and a “can do” attitude
