Manpower’s Client – ERGO is one of the leading insurance groups in the Baltics, operating in the areas of life, non-life, health and pension insurance. More than 450 000 customers in the Baltic region rely the services and expertise of the experts at ERGO. ERGO is part of Munich Re, one of the world’s leading reinsurers and risk carriers. Currently ERGO is looking for a .NET Developer to join their Life and Health Shared Service Center IT in the Baltic States. This position is available in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.

You will be responsible for:

  • Development and integration of existing and new life and health insurance backend APIs and system elements;
  • Creation of unit tests and required technical documentation;
  • Collaboration with the business team in analyzing software solutions to improve core business processes;
  • Participation in the rollout of new features to Baltic countries;
  • Problem solving or assisting in the resolution of issues

You are perfect fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience with C#/. NET and understanding the architecture of the product;
  • Have good command of English and knowledge of the local language (LV, LT or EE, depending on the country);
  • Are an excellent problem solver and have analytical thinking;
  • Experience with REST /SOAP, JSON, Jenkins and unit testing would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Git and Azure DevOps would be a strong benefit;
  • A good understanding and working knowledge of relational database design and SQL development would be considered as a big advantage.
