Manpower’s Client – an international mobile game development company focusing on casual mobile games – is expanding and welcoming Lawyer to join its team in Vilnius office
Your responsibilities would be:
- Preparing corporate minutes, resolutions, etc, advising on compliance with corporate laws;
- Drafting/ revising/ negotiating contracts on sale and purchase of fixed assets & materials, services agreements, IT equipment, outsourcing, engagement of contractors;
- Analysing tax and fiscal regulation while reviewing commercial contracts;
- Advising on current and non-standart labour and employment (exept staff records) related issues, preparing non-routine resolutions, amendments etc.;
- Licensing third-party software/tools, IP clearance, ensuring proper formalization of work for hire creation, internal paperwork and policies related;
- Monitoring of data protection compliance and providing advice.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Have a degree in Law and >3 years of experience as a Lawyer. Work experience in IT sector/ international company or project would be considered as a great advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian legal acts, ability to apply them in practice;
- Proven legal experience in corporate, contractual, tax regulations;
- Are fluent in English. Fluency in Russian would be considerred as a big benefit;
- Are well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of international team.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2300-3000 EUR/month (gross).
