Manpower client – Stanley Black & Decker is a world-leading provider of tools and storage, commercial electronic security and engineered fastening systems, with unique growth platforms in the construction and infrastructure industries and a track record of sustained profitable growth. Currently company is looking for an experienced sales specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain as well as develop positive customer relationships and create value through consultative sales practices. Establish plans for the retention and subsequent growth, of assigned customers in the sales territory.
  • Develop technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines and provide market information and feedback as required.
  • Ensure proper merchandising implementation at customers by actively participating in the merchandising process in cooperation with Team Leader, Customers and Marketing department.
  • Control the activities of distributors such as level of orders for stores, the availability of goods offered and the level of services.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers and support the active promotion of the products e.g. product presentations, product trainings, etc.
  • Implement established sales plans and other tasks related to customers, actively cooperate and coordinate activities linked to distributors’ representatives.

  • Experience in a sales position in traditional market for min. 2 years.
  • Motivation and interest to work in a technical Industry.
  • Strong focus on customers as well as results and achieving goals.
  • Systematic approach and high degree of organization and commitment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and strong team player with the drive to grow a high potential territory and well-developed commercial, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Driving license B.
  • Availability and willingness to work in a hybrid way meaning in the field as well as from home.
