You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing business opportunities and winning sales strategies with enterprise clients (in the Baltics region as well);
  • Strategic market and clients’ consumption analysis;
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with key enterprise clients;
  • Preparing accurate periodical revenue forecasts;
  • Promoting full range of Huawei solutions to defined selection of clients;
  • Working in collaboration with the product engineering teams to build integrated solutions for complex problems;
  • Developing detailed action plan for direct & indirect channel marketing and sales partnerships.


You are an excellent fit if you have the following competencies:

  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science or similar;
  • 5+ years sales, account management and/or business development work experience (with active sales) in ICT market;
  • Preferable: experience working for ICT global vendor, experience of account management in transport (rail, air, sea), energy or public sector;
  • You have understanding of large private/public organizations and their buying cycles;
  • You are a strong negotiator, self-starter focused on solutions and have a successful track record of building lasting business relationships.
