In Lithuania the company operates as „Archyvų sistemos“ and is currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR specialist for a temporary part-time position to help with an increased workload for the HR.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration functions – filing employees` medical and criminal records, preparation of personnel documents, sorting employee records in their personal files and on Workday, and other administrative works;
  • Organization of personnel recruitment process, which includes: defining of the position and requirements; preparation and publication of job advertisements; consulting and communication with head of departments and vendors;
  • Organizing employees` events;
  • Comprehensive assistance to the HR partner on various HR related tasks;
  • Preparation and assistance for ISO audit, gathering necessary information of what actions have to be made to ensure smooth audit process;
  • Other activities are possible, corresponding to candidate`s capabilities and circumstances (transfer of working time accounting to the system, development and improvement of HR processes & policies if needed and other task may occur).

Requirements:

  • Higher education, preferably in the field of social sciences (may be a student);
  • Work experience or practice in the field of human resources – highly preferred;
  • Knowledge and interest in human resources, curiosity;
  • Lithuanian and English language skills;
  • Initiative, communicability, flexibility, structural approach to work, accuracy, responsibility, desire to improve and learn.
