Our client Philip Morris Baltic is looking for a new employee to join its Business Intelligence team under a term contract with Manpower.

Philip Morris is a leading international tobacco company engaged in the manufacture and sale of smoke-free products, associated electronic devices and cigarettes. The company is transforming its business and building its future on smoke-free products.

Currently, we are looking for a new member to join the Business Insights team in Vilnius city. If you have an analytical mindset and are willing to deploy Business Intelligence solutions in a global business environment, apply to this position.

Nature of the work:

• Collect, systematize and report company commercial data for the Baltic States;
• Analyze company KPIs, ensure their correctness and integrity;
• Work with external parties, creating data visualization dashboards on Power BI platform to facilitate decision making;
• Create analytical reports, identifying areas of improvement;
• Support cross-departmental teams and initiatives with analytical insights and data.

Requirements:

• College/University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Big Data, Exact Sciences);
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal is a must.
• Advanced in MS Excel, analytical skills, SQL knowledge would be a significant plus;
• Analytical work experience would be an advantage;
• Ability to organize own work independently, simultaneously meeting agreed timelines;
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, critical thinking, initiative.
