Manpower client Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Group Finance is a key part of the Intrum organization, shaping the growth strategy, providing input to the business as well as reporting, analyzing results and assisting in key financial decisions.

We are inviting the Business Control Analyst to join a well-established and growing team, and help building a modern and professional Finance function. We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems and working alongside others, can take direction but is also proactive, willing to work under their own initiative.

What you will be doing:

• Working with Intrum countries across Europe, analyzing their financial performance and generating key business insights
• Developing annual budgets, regular forecast updates and strategic initiatives plan for the business
• Assisting in updating and developing financial models and preparing outputs of analyses
• Developing performance reports for senior management

What you bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in R and experience with BI tools would be an advantage
• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
• Good communication skills
• Experience in accounting, consulting, banking or financial sector would be an advantage
• Desire to learn, develop and be continuously challenged
