Umega Agro invite candidate’s who don’t  lack professional ambitions to become a Head of Sales and Business Development and is willing to work in Utena branch.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • B2B sales and management (trailer sales development);
  • Searching for new customers in EU countries, building new relationships;
  • Visiting existing distributors and business development (contract manufacturing – to customer orders);
  • Business trips abroad (Europe);
  • Team mentoring and its formation (in the perspective of successful work in the future).

Expectations for your competence:

  • B2B sales experience in export to EU countries;
  • Work experience in a manufacturing company with an engineering product;
  • Education in a Technical field
  • Excellent level of English language skills;
  • Strong motivation to develop professional competencies and move towards the goals together with the company;
  • Excellent communication skills, strong qualities of modern leadership, honesty, authority and ability to motivate the team, flexibility, openness in relations with colleagues;
  • German language would be considered as an advantage.
