Manpower client Technopolis is a shared workspace expert, which provides efficient and flexible offices, coworking spaces and everything that goes with them. Technopolis services run from designing the workspace to reception, meeting solutions, restaurants and cleaning.

Our Client is obsessed with customer satisfaction and value creation. Technopolis has 17 campuses which host 1,600 companies with 50,000 employees in seven countries within the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.

Currently, we are looking for a new member to join Technopolis Vilnius team.

 

 

 

Key work tasks:

  • Supervises the local reception team, takes care of resourcing, competence management and daily people management;
  • Ensures that reception employees’ targets are well determined and shows by example how to exceed customer’s expectations, ensures excellent service quality for customers;
  • Organizes and ensures the daily operations in the receptions;
  • Sells services and meeting services;
  • Develops, plans and budgets reception operations together with the Service Manager;
  • Participates in the daily reception service work when needed.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in demanding customer service work;
  • Experience of leading service people successfully;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Team player and excellent people skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Result-driven, target oriented, proactive and problem solving attitude;
  • Five Star Customer orientation;
  • Excellent understanding of solution selling, good at selling and getting others to sell;
  • Business or service education (Bachelor’s degree);
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Lithuanian;
  • Proficiency in IT tools.
