UAB „Neste Lietuva“ is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join local team in Vilnius.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing high quality customer service to Neste Lietuva customers by e-channels, phone, at the office;
  • Administrative tasks (customer data management in CRM programs, documentation management, reporting and other similar tasks related to customer service process);
  • Customer claim handling;
  • Cooperation with subcontracts, related to the customer service process.




  • University degree;
  • At least 2 years working experience in customer service operations (advantage in banking, telecommunications, e-commerce);
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and English languages;
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to work with databases and digital processes;
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and result oriented personality;
  • Well organized individual contributor as well as supportive team player with great time management skills.
