Compliance Officer

Manpower client – Supertonik Payments – is a startup in the global financial infrastructure industry that aims to become a fintech unicorn in the near future. They are building up their presence in Europe and planning for further growth to revolutionize online transactions. Their objective is to empower modern businesses by reducing uncertainty and risk in payments. Supertonik is made up of experienced payment professionals and uses advanced technologies to achieve their goals.

Company is seeking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization’s adherence to regulations and laws.

You will be:

• Creating and updating compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant regulations and laws.
• Evaluating potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them, safeguarding the company’s compliance.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with regulations, proactively addressing issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders, maintaining open relationships with regulators, also managing inquiries and reviews.
• Providing compliance advice to other departments and senior management, ensuring integration into all aspects of operations.

You are perfect fit if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in AML compliance, financial regulation or audit (preferably in Fintech industry).
• Completed a degree in law, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Have a deep expertise of local AML/CTF legislation. Knowledge of the EU regulatory environment would be considered as a benefit.
• Are fluent in English and Lithuanian language.
• Are well organized and detailed-oriented as well as able to work independently and make decisions.
• Have excellent communication skills, impeccable reputation and clean criminal record.
